Air bubbles and irregular marks appear at the seal

This type of wipe machine failure is also more common, although it does not cause leakage of the packaging. But it affects the beauty of the packaging and destroys the image of the product. There are two main reasons for this failure.

(1) The wet wipes packaging machine has been used for a long time, and the high temperature belt has adhered to dust and plastic chips and other dirt, causing the high temperature belt to be uneven and uneven, making the seal unevenly heated, and air bubbles appear after being pressed by the cold pressing wheel. , Cleaning or re-replacement of the high temperature belt can solve the fault. The high temperature belt is generally 1.5cm wide and about 22μm thick.

(2) There are irregularly arranged concave and convex marks on the cold-pressed rubber wheel, which are directly reflected on the packaging, so that there are more obvious marks on the seal. In order to ensure the appearance of the packaging bag, it is recommended to replace the cold-pressed rubber wheel.

Problems that should be paid attention to in the maintenance of wet wipes packaging machine equipment

(1) The sealing machine should be placed in a ventilated and dry place. Generally, the room temperature can be maintained at about 25 ℃.

(2) Every 48 hours of operation, 6# oil should be added to each moving part. Mainly in gears, bearings and gearboxes.

(3) The wiper should be dusted regularly to keep the whole machine clean. When not in use, the power should be unplugged and covered with a cover cloth.

(4) If the working time is too long, please turn on the cooling fan before shutting down. Shut down after the temperature drops, because the high temperature belt is easily damaged because it will be shut down without cooling.

(5) Regularly remove dirt in the high temperature zone. Guaranteed sealing quality.

(6) Seriously worn parts must be replaced immediately to prolong the life of the entire machine.
